Cavanaugh’s Rittenhouse is committed to providing an enjoyable experience for all guests.
security policy
All guests are subject to search prior to entering Cavanaugh’s Rittenhouse. Staff will visually inspect all bags to identify any prohibited items for the safety of all guests. Any guests who declines to be searched or is in possession of prohibited items may be denied entry. Staff will deny entry to anyone who appears to be intoxicated. Cavanaugh’s reserves the right to deny entry to any guests.
Bag policy
All bags are subject to search upon entry. This includes but is not limited to backpacks, purses, camera bags, totes, suitcases, and fanny packs.
smoking policy
Cavanaugh’s Rittenhouse is smoke free. Smoking, which includes vaporizers and electronic cigarettes, is prohibited. Anyone found smoking inside will be asked to leave. Smoking is allowed outside of the establishment.
prohibited items
Food, liquids, laser pointers, skateboards, over-the-counter medications, Illegal drugs, weapons (includes firearms, pepper spray, pocket knives), and all sharp objects are prohibited. This is not an exhaustive list. Management reserves all rights to refuse entry.
Pets/Service Animals
We love our furry friends, but unfortunately we cannot allow them inside. Only documented service animals are allowed inside of Cavanaugh’s Rittenhouse.
code of conduct
in an effort to provide an enjoyable experience for all guests, Cavanaugh’s Rittenhouse asks that everyone follows our Guests Code of Conduct. The following is prohibited:
Disruptive, disrespectful, illegal, or inapproriate behavior.
Outside food or beverage. This includes coffee.
Pets. Documented Service Animals only.
Commercial photography or videography without consent of management.
Failure to comply with the Guest Code of Conduct can lead to removal from the premises.
All guests must be 21 or older unless attended by a legal parent or guardian. All guests must bring a valid PLCB approved form of identification. Cavanaugh’s Reserves the right to deny entry to anyone under the age of 21.
Guests that are not abiding by Philadelphia regulations or Cavanaugh’s Rittenhouse policies will be asked to leave.
